All members are invited to an extraordinary general meeting in the Danish Artist Union

Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 15:30 – 16:30 

Here we will vote on the amendments to the articles of association that were presented and adopted at the union's general meeting in May.

For the amendments to take effect, they must be approved at an extraordinary general meeting.

The programme is short and is held online.

Agenda:

    • Chairperson Sara Indrio welcomes everyone.
    • Valg af dirigent
    • Review of proposed amendments to the articles of association, as well as voting
    • Possibly.

All members have received an email invitation containing the proposed amendments to the articles of association and a link to registration. Registration is non-binding, but ensures that you receive the link to participate in the online meeting.

It is possible to register right up until the start of the general meeting on 15 September at 15:30.

Power of attorney
If you are unable to attend the general meeting yourself, a proxy can be assigned to another member who will vote on your behalf. Each member may bring a maximum of 2 proxies. Download power of attorney, fill out and send to artisten@artisten.dk no later than the day before. That is, Monday 14 September at 3 pm.
