Barcodes

When making a digital or physical release, you need a barcode
in connection with a sale. As a member of the Danish Artist Union, you can get these barcodes for free. This applies to singles, CDs, vinyl records, books, etc.

Each type of release must have its own unique barcode. This means that a digital and a physical album, for example, each have their own code.

If you are not a member of the Danish Artist Union, a barcode costs 750 DKK

When you receive the barcode it can be used immediately.

The barcode system is widely used around the world and provides a unique identification of products being sold.
