There is a general meeting for all members of Dansk Artist Forbund

torsdag den 28. maj kl. 17

It will take place at the association's premises in Dronningensgade 68, 1420 Kbh. K

1. Election of chairman of the meeting

2. First person narrative

3. Presentation of the audited financial statements

4.Presentation of the revised transparency report

5. decision on the use of funds received by the association from collective management organisations

6. Motions (motions concerning amendments to the articles of association are found in the notice)

7. election of vote counters

8. Election of a chairperson (cf. section 13(2))

9. election of the Board of Directors (cf. section 14(3)) Four board seats and one deputy seat are up for election.

10.Election of 2 critical auditors

11. complaints about the board's decisions, cf. section 9(2) and section 15(3)

12. any other business

Candidate for a seat on the board or as a chairperson

If you wish to stand for a position as chairperson, board member or alternate, you must do so in writing to the secretariat by Wednesday 13 May. Send your motivation to artisten@artisten.dk.

Voting takes place at the general meeting itself. After the election of the chairperson, there is a vote for seats on the board. Then there is a vote for the position of deputy. If a candidate for the Board of Directors is not elected, he or she can run for the position of deputy.


Power of attorney

If you are unable to attend the general meeting yourself, you can authorise another member to vote on your behalf. However, each member can bring a maximum of 2 proxies.

Download power of attorney, fill in and submit to artisten@artisten.dk the day before the general meeting.


Travel expenses

The union can cover transport costs for members from Funen and Jutland. You can get transport costs covered, corresponding to the standard DSB tariff.
