Spil Dansk celebrates Danish-produced music - and now also in the City of Copenhagen

With 600 concerts and workshops, Danish Music Week is a great manifestation of Danish music. And many are in favour of putting the spotlight on music, including Lucca, who, in addition to being an artist and songwriter, is also a Danish Games Ambassador:
"I think it's really important and relevant that we focus on all the great music produced and written here in Denmark," says Lucca Dahl on Instagram.
Spil Dansk offers artist packages to registered municipalities across the country. Among the 24 Spil Dansk municipalities, the City of Copenhagen is participating for the first time this year. "The participation of the capital is an important milestone, both for the organisation and for Danish music as a whole," says Frank Pontoppidan, Director of Spil Dansk:
"The fact that Copenhagen is now a Danish Games Municipality is a historic breakthrough. When the capital joins, it's a strong recognition that Spil Dansk has become a national movement that binds Denmark together," he says according to GAFFA.
