Apply for a week's stay by the North Sea
Sammen med flere andre kunstnerorganisationer råder Dansk Artist Forbund over otte uger i huset Lille Skiveren.
The weeks change from year to year and are offered to members upon application.
Huset er Jens Otto Krags gamle bolig tæt på den lille by Skiveren, der ligger bag klitterne ved Tannis Bugt i Skagerak og hører under Frederikshavn Kommune. Lille Skiveren har gennemgået en stor renovering i 2010 og er både smukt og hyggeligt.
In-house facilities
The house is large and the unique location is close to the water. The house comes with 18 acres of land with views of nature from all the windows of the house.
Lille Skriveren contains 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, 2 studios and several rooms with a total of 10 beds. There is a piano (out of tune), TV, radio and CD player.
There is wireless network in the house, but no washing machine.
Stay in Skiveren
Dansk Artist Forbund has eight weeks in the house.
Stays are awarded on application and weeks are allocated based on when you last had a stay. In case of coinciding weeks, a draw is made.
The stay runs from Friday to Friday and costs DKK 3,000 per week, and the self-payment must be paid two months prior to the stay.
