counselling and management
As a member of the Danish Artist Association, you can use our offer of professional press handling for your release, project, show or tour.
There are two types of offers:
-One is 'self-help', where you get a series of consultations with an expert who gives you general advice on how to handle your own press work around your release, performance, etc. You will then receive sparring regarding You will then receive feedback on the angle of your press release and direct contacts to relevant press people and media.
-The second package includes a full press plan, where one of our skilled press officers will plan an individual press programme for you and carry out the press work for your release or performance.
Please note that social media is not part of press handling.
Ansøg i god tid
You apply for press counselling or press handling with a description of the project. It is a prerequisite that you apply well in advance and when you know when your project will be published. We recommend applying at least 3-4 months before the release/show start to have the opportunity to get long lead press.
Please note that music releases must always be accompanied by two mp3 files related to the release. All material will be treated confidentially.
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate all applicants, which is why we assess applications month by month.
Expect between one and four weeks processing time from when the Danish Artist Association receives your application.
Price
The price for press handling is DKK 1,500 for members and DKK 14,000 for non-members
The price for press counselling is DKK 1500 for members and DKK 12000 for non-members.
The amount will be charged once you have been granted a press programme and must be paid before the press work begins.
