Add punch to your songs with the Songwriter Salon
Get new inspiration for your songwriting and a community to share it with. In spring 2027, the Danish Artist Association’s Songwriter Salon opens its doors to both new and experienced songwriters. As a member, you pay 450 kr. for the entire course.
Songwriter Salon is for you who want to write more, develop your artistic expression and meet others about working on your own songs. A team of no more than 10 participants meets five times from February to June with singer and songwriter Nana Jacobi as facilitator.
New tasks and feedback on your songs
Nana Jacobi comes with presentations and songwriting assignments that you work on between meetings. At the subsequent salon, you share your sketches and songs and talk about the creative process you have been through. There is room for both discoveries and resistance along the way, and you work with the genre and expression that makes sense to you.
Who can participate?
You can be a new or experienced songwriter, but you must be able to write your songs on an instrument or work in a music program. There is a piano in the room. If you want to use another instrument, you must bring it yourself.
