Unauthorised use of your rights

Is a company or political party using your name or face without prior authorisation, or is your music part of a production that you have not approved? Or have you entered into an agreement that the other party does not fulfil as agreed? In cases where your rights are violated, you can get clarification and help from the Danish Artist Association's lawyers.

If name, image or work is used without authorisation

Is your image, name, music or work being used without your permission? If you believe that others are exploiting your rights without authorisation, you can have your case assessed by one of the union's lawyers. It could be a case of:

• Utilisation of name, image or work beyond what has been agreed.
• Use of name, image or work without authorisation.
