Kan du ikke få din betaling?

As a performer, you may unfortunately find that the organiser who hired you is unable or unwilling to pay. In this case, you can turn to the Danish Artist Association and get advice from the association's lawyers. Often, an enquiry from the association to the debtor is enough to ensure that the amount is paid.

Få din sag vurderet af forbundets jurister

Har du ikke fået betaling for dit udførte arbejde, kan du få din sag vurderet af en af forbundets jurister. Beskriv problemet og fremsend dokumentation for aftalen. Hvis det er muligt at inddrive dit krav via inkasso, kan vi overtage sagen.

Is there clarity on the deal?

In music and performing arts, we see many agreements that are made "paperless". This is not the same as not having an agreement. It's a good idea to have agreed expectations with those you've hired or are hired by about what the payment is and what it covers. It's also a good idea to talk about cancellations or illness in advance, and in general to plan for the difficult situation that the collaboration may end. Vi sender rykkerbrev på dine vegne

En af forbundets jurister rykker skyldneren for betaling med en 10 dages betalingsfrist på dine vegne. Et brev, der er afsendt fra Dansk Artist Forbund, vil i mange tilfælde betyde en hurtig reaktion og betaling af kravet.

Vi sender dit krav til inkasso

Hvis beløbet ikke bliver betalt overgår kravet til egentlig inkasso. Her modtager skyldneren et inkassobrev om betaling af beløbet.

Inkassosagen overgives til retten

Hvis beløbet stadig ikke betales, kan sagen overgives til retten.
