Everyone has the right to work in a respectful environment. This applies to both digital and physical work settings. This means working in an environment that is physically and mentally safe and healthy. Everyone is responsible for work environment and culture, but an employer and management always have the ultimate responsibility.

Guide to good collaboration in the hybrid workplace

In the so-called 'hybrid work life', it's not always clear who is the employer and/or manager. We've put together a guide to good collaboration for musicians and performing artists that also addresses the situation where you are both employer and employee, and maybe even your friends and colleagues. Samtale om din situation og rettigheder

As a member, you can get a personal and confidential dialogue with help to clarify your rights and options for action, regardless of the nature of your inquiry. It is the professional assessment of your enquiry that determines how we can help - whether it's legal help or a need to talk to a specialist in working environment issues. In special cases, the union can also refer you to a psychologist specialising in the music industry and/or work environment, and we can also contact your workplace or employer if there are problems with the work environment.

Have a disagreement with a colleague

No matter who you have a labour dispute with, you can have a confidential conversation. If it's a health and safety issue, the union can intervene professionally with help and guidance. However, according to its statutes, the union cannot take legal action between members.

Sikkerhed for fysiske artister

Hos Dansk Artist Forbund arbejder vi for at øge sikkerheden for fysiske artister i blandt andet cirkus. Her kan du finde en tjekliste til at forbedre sikkerheden – både hvis du er arbejdstager og arbejdsgiver. Listerne inkluderer alt fra at have forsikringer, kontrakter og godkendt udstyr til at have en sikkerhedsansvarlig.
